By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise accessing any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms of Use in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kevmaturil.
2. Description of Services
Kevmaturil provides an online learning platform delivering masterclasses, instructional video content, downloadable resources, and community features focused on 3D character modeling and animation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.
3.2 Account Security

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. Completion of a significant portion of course content or download of materials may affect eligibility for a refund.

All content available on the platform — including videos, written materials, graphics, software, and course structures — is the exclusive property of Kevmaturil or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.
5.2 Limited License
Upon purchase of a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view that course content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or share any content on our platform — including project files, comments, or feedback — you grant Kevmaturil a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your submitted content.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, its systems, or networks.
Content Sharing: Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any course materials or login credentials with third parties.
Harmful Activity: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any code designed to interfere with platform functionality.
Scraping: Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content or data from the platform without our written consent.
Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization.
Harassment: Engaging in any conduct that harasses, intimidates, or harms other users or instructors.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

Educational outcomes vary by individual effort, prior experience, and engagement with course material. We do not guarantee any specific skill level, employment outcome, or result from use of our platform.
8.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may affect access.
8.3 As-Is Basis
Our platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
